What we collect

Account email and display name; matters and scheduling requests you create; invitation recipients (email or phone) you enter; availability responses submitted by participants.

How we use it

To operate the scheduling workflow, send invitations, confirm chosen times, and notify organizers of responses. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Invitation content (recipient, RSVP link) is transmitted through email and SMS providers we use to deliver messages you initiate. Otherwise, matter and response data is visible only to the organizer and invited participants.

Retention

We keep account and scheduling data until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your profile, roles, matters, and requests.

Security

Data is protected by row-level access controls and TLS in transit. Guest RSVP links use unguessable tokens.
