By creating an account or using Pam O. ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited bulk communications, or to collect availability under false pretenses.
3. Confidentiality
Matter titles, participants, and availability responses are visible only to the organizer and invited participants. You should not include privileged client content in matter names.
4. No legal advice
The Service coordinates schedules; it does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
